Job summary

Business Line is seeking a qualified finance professional to manage financial operations, reporting, analysis, and budgeting in Lahore, Pakistan. The role requires CA/ACCA finalist status with articleship from a reputable audit firm and prior IT company experience.

You will handle financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance and insightful management reporting to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• CA or ACCA finalist with completed articleship.
• Experience in IT company is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/financial management systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, accounting operations, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and financial projections.
• Conduct financial analysis, profitability assessments, and budget-versus-actual variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, expenses, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
• Maintain internal financial controls and coordinate with external auditors.
