Assistant Manager Data Analytics & Insights – MMBL

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures as well as SBP’s prudential regulations for smooth conduct of Operations efficiently and consistently.
• Responsible for the constant & periodic data requirements of Regulator and Corporate partners in a timely, accurate & efficient manner.
• Extensive knowledge of financial system database for extraction of data through queries and perform complex data analysis.
• To maintain strong adherence in data-related audit observations from regulator and internal/external audit.
• To maintain and provide up-to-date information/dashboards to management and other stakeholders.
• Work, manage, transform and model large datasets to provide valuable insights that help in decision making, build customer solutions and fulfill data requirements.
• Data analysis with various statistical evaluations for product feature enhancement/modification and business analysis.
• Implement and oversee data validation procedures to detect and correct errors.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of data processes to maintain high standards of data quality.
• Manage and maintain digital financial services datasets, ensuring their reliability and performance; work closely with product managers, IT teams and customer service to address data-related challenges and enhance systems processing.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Train staff on data handling best practices, regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Advanced Excel, Oracle SQL, Trino Database, Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
