Qualifications

• CA qualification completed and registered with the relevant institute.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall finance function including accounting, reporting, treasury, and taxation.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and internal controls.
• Partner with business leaders to support decision-making and profitability improvement.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Oversee statutory audits and regulatory requirements.
• Develop financial models to support expansion and new market entry.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
