Job summary

Mashreq in Karachi seeks a seasoned BI professional to develop comprehensive analytics on RBG business performance across segments, products and channels. The role focuses on variance analysis, trend spotting and actionable recommendations to drive growth.

You will publish monthly analytics packs, perform root cause analysis and support segment heads with optimal information, campaigns and portfolio corrections to improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Financial services BI experience in a multi-product environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
• Understanding of Sales & Marketing analytics in retail banking.
• MBA in Finance & Marketing is required.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• At least 3 years in a similar role.
• Proven team leadership experience.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and modeling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Publish monthly analytics pack for RBG Marketing across units, segments, branches and channels.
• Identify and report material variance indicators.
• Analyze segments by profitability, product usage, channel, demographics and lifestyle.
• Identify sales/attrition trends and help address opportunities with product teams.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and enhance info packs and analytics decks for product groups.
• Provide analytical support for marketing program development.
• Evaluate behavioral/segmented scoring models and advise actions.
