Job summary

Zuria Dor is seeking an Assistant Manager Supply Chain & Inventory Control to oversee end-to-end flow of raw materials, fabrics, trims, WIP and finished goods. You will maintain accurate inventory records, ensure timely availability for production, and minimize stock discrepancies.

Collaborating with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Design, Quality Control, Finance and Merchandising, you will drive material planning, reporting, and process improvements including ERP usage and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory control, warehouse operations, production planning, or a related function.
• Experience in the fashion, apparel, textile, retail, or manufacturing industry will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and supply-chain processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and inventory/ERP systems.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation, stock audits, and inventory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management & Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, fabrics, trims, embellishments, accessories, WIP and finished goods.
• Inventory issues: Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages, excesses and unexplained variances.
• Documentation: Maintain proper documentation for all inventory movements, including receipts, issues, transfers, returns and adjustments.
• Reporting: Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, excess and obsolete inventory and prepare regular reports.
• Reorder levels: Establish and monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels for critical materials.
• Waste control: Monitor material wastage, damages, shortages and consumption against approved requirements.

Education
