Job summary

Esire is seeking a production planning professional to organize and optimize apparel production. You will plan production in the ERP, publish timelines, and monitor progress against orders, ensuring on-time delivery.

The role requires strong Excel and ERP skills, plus an analytical and planning mindset to build effective tracking and reporting systems and to manage supplier priorities across multiple orders.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in apparel/garments.
• Strong Excel and ERP knowledge, with proven ability to build tracking and reporting systems.
• Analytical and planning mindset, able to work with data.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate all production in ERP based on supplier capacity and performance.
• Set and publish clear production timelines for every order, and track progress against them in the system.
• Build and run a tracking system so bottlenecks, delays, and at‑risk orders surface from data instead of manual follow-up.
• Balance New Arrivals against Urgent Orders across suppliers and set the priority sequence.
• Forecast fabric (Jersey, Fleece, others) and accessories requirements so shortages are identified before production starts.
• Monitor QC and packing progress to ensure shipment readiness; own the shipment priority plan and direct support staff on execution.
• Manage warehouse inventory through ERP and conduct monthly reconciliations, resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain weekly reports on production status, supplier utilisation, on‑time dispatch, and inventory performance.
