Job summary

IR Solutions in Islamabad is hiring an Operations Associate to support day-to-day eCommerce operations across Private Label, White Label, and Dropshipping, from product research and launch to reporting.

You will coordinate the team, manage tasks, and engage with suppliers and clients to identify profitable opportunities and ensure timely execution. The role emphasizes strong English communication, analytical thinking, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 0-1 years of experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of eCommerce business models, particularly Private Label, White Label, and Dropshipping.
• Strong understanding of product research, market research, competitor analysis, sourcing, product launching, and eCommerce operations.
• Previous experience managing or coordinating a team (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal English.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to assist management and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, responsible, and result-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day eCommerce operations across Private Label, White Label, and Dropshipping models
• Research products, markets, competitors, and suppliers to identify profitable opportunities
• Assist with product selection, sourcing, pricing, listing, launch planning, and product lifecycle management
• Coordinate the full product launch process, from research and preparation to execution and performance monitoring
• Manage team members, assign tasks, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely completion
• Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, team members, and other stakeholders
• Assist management with daily operations, reporting, documentation, research, and decision-making
• Monitor ongoing operations and identify issues, delays, or opportunities for improvement
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and updates on products, operations, team performance, and business activities
