Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• Experience 0–1 year in a banking or microfinance context is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of lending processes and banking products a must.

Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales and service plans to achieve growth targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote and sell bank products following SOPs.
• Achieve sales and business targets through ethical lending practices.
• Evaluate customer profiles using credit concepts and Five Cs of Credit.
• Conduct field visits, verify clients, and ensure timely repayments.
• Manage collections and maintain secure handling of documents.
• Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and internal policies.
