Job summary

Nysonian, Islamabad based, seeks a Senior AI Engineer to own end-to-end design and production of agentic AI systems, including models, orchestration, tools, guardrails, and cloud infrastructure. You will also work within the commerce platform and Nysonik CRM to enable reliable autonomous actions.

You will lead multi-model routing, implement strict safety measures, and ensure cost-aware, scalable, and auditable solutions in a fast-growing, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and operating production software with ownership after deploy.
• Strong AWS expertise and GPU workloads or self-hosted inference a plus.
• Experience with containers, CI/CD, IaC, logging and metrics.
• Shipped agentic systems that run in production with tool calling and schema validation.
• Understanding of multi-agent orchestration, state management and memory.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship multi-agent systems with orchestrator/worker patterns.
• Build and maintain tool layer: MCP servers, tool-calling schemas, and integrations.
• Run a multi-model stack selecting models by cost and latency.
• Own guardrails: hallucination checks, output validation, and PII handling.
• Develop evaluation and observability: datasets, regression suites, and dashboards.
• Design and operate RAG layer: embeddings, retrieval, and knowledge base integrity.
• Develop production services on AWS and MERN stack, including Nysonik CRM.
• Move systems from prototype to production with CI/CD and staged rollouts.
• Make autonomous actions spending money idempotent and auditable.
