Job summary

You will design and maintain agentic workflows, craft prompts, and develop backend services that support AI actions and decision making. The role emphasizes hands-on Python development with FastAPI, Flask, or Django, integration with retrieval and vector databases, and experiments with LLM behavior and RAG pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain agentic workflows that read data, decide, and act
• Write, test, and refine prompts to avoid hallucinations
• Develop backend endpoints in Python frameworks for production use
• Integrate retrieval systems and vector databases for grounding
• Review and improve no-code automations and move to real code
• Investigate incorrect agent outputs and root causes
• Stay updated with new model releases and tools
