Reap HR Consultancy in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking an experienced Arabic Cook for a busy restaurant client. The role focuses on authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes, including shawarma, hummus, fattoush, and grilled meats.

The ideal candidate has prior UAE/GCC kitchen experience, strong hygiene practices, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Monthly salary AED 2,000–2,500 with accommodation, transportation, and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as an Arabic cook in a restaurant, hotel, or commercial kitchen.

Responsabilités

• Prepare authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes according to established recipes.
• Cook shawarma, hummus, fattoush, lavash bread, and grilled beef/lamb/chicken.
• Maintain hygiene and safe food handling in a busy kitchen.
• Ensure consistent food quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to meet service timelines.
