REAPHR is seeking an experienced Arabic Cook for its Lahore operations in Pakistan. The role focuses on authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern cooking for a premium client, with responsibilities spanning marination, bread preparation, and dish execution.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in UAE/GCC settings, strong knowledge of spices, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen, while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as an Arabic Cook in a restaurant, hotel, or commercial kitchen.
• Previous working experience in the UAE or another GCC country is mandatory.
• Strong practical knowledge of authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes according to established recipes.
• Prepare shawarma using marination and proper cooking techniques.
• Produce hummus, fattoush, and other Arabic accompaniments.
• Prepare lavash bread and related Arabic bread products.
• Cook and grill beef, lamb, and chicken dishes.
• Ensure consistency in taste, portion sizes, presentation, and quality.
