The role requires preparing shawarma, hummus, fattoush, lavash bread, and grilled beef, lamb, and chicken while ensuring high hygiene and food safety standards for a premium restaurant.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as an Arabic Cook in a restaurant, hotel, or commercial kitchen.
• Previous UAE or GCC experience mandatory.
• Hands-on experience preparing shawarma, hummus, fattoush.
• Knowledge of lavash bread and Arabic accompaniments.
• Experience cooking beef, lamb, and chicken.
• Strong knowledge of Arabic spices, marinades, sauces, and cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Prepare shawarma, hummus, fattoush, lavash bread, and grilled meats.
• Maintain hygiene and quality while ensuring timely service.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
