Job summary

XUP Brands is seeking a Brand Growth Specialist to drive growth across our Amazon and e-commerce portfolio. You will lead new product launches, optimize listings, and collaborate with PPC and Operations to maximize profitability.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective cross-functional communication. You will contribute to a fast-growing environment with performance bonuses and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Amazon brand management, e-commerce growth, or product listing optimization.
Proficiency with DataDive, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Seller Central.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities for cross-functional teamwork.
A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute New Product Launches from concept to live listing.
Continuously optimize listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content, images).
Use DataDive/Helium 10/Jungle Scout for niche research and opportunities.
Create detailed product briefs for design, content, and operations teams.
Collaborate with PPC and Operations to align growth goals and availability.
Monitor sales, rankings, conversion, and ACOS; prepare reports.
Track competitor listings and pricing for improvements.
Maintain brand tone, messaging, and quality across listings.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends and opportunities.
