Job summary

X UP Brands is seeking a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to design high-performing visuals for social media, email newsletters, and website banners. The role requires a strong grip on design principles and digital marketing needs, with expert-level Figma skills.

You will collaborate with marketing and performance teams to ensure branding consistency, deliver multiple projects on tight deadlines, and stay ahead of current design trends to maximize engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in eCommerce or digital marketing.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Canva or Adobe tools.
• Solid grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, etc.).
• Knowledge of email design best practices (responsive layouts, CTAs, etc.).
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual designs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to take feedback constructively.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will focus on designing high-performing visual assets across social media, email newsletters, and website banners. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of design principles, understands digital marketing needs, and is highly proficient in Figma.

• Design engaging social media creatives (static posts, carousels, and ad creatives) aligned with brand guidelines
• Create visually compelling email newsletter designs that drive engagement and conversions
• Design and optimize website banners, landing page assets, and promotional visuals
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to ensure design aligns with campaign goals
• Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints and brand identity
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX practices, and platform-specific best practices
• Prepare and export assets optimized for web and different platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in eCommerce or digital marketing)
