X UP Brands seeks a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to craft high-performing visual assets for social media, newsletters, and website banners. You will translate marketing goals into compelling visuals, ensuring brand consistency across multiple digital touchpoints.

The role emphasizes strong Figma skills, eye for typography, and a creative approach to drive engagement and conversions in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in eCommerce or digital marketing).
• Strong proficiency in Figma (must-have).
• Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, etc.).
• Knowledge of email design best practices (responsive layouts, CTA placement, etc.).
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual designs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to take feedback constructively.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will focus on designing high-performing visual assets across social media, email newsletters, and website banners. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of design principles, understands digital marketing needs, and is highly proficient in Figma.
