Qualifications

• 16 years of education in management/humanities/social sciences from a HEC-recognized university.
• 3 years of experience in coordination and event management.
• 5 years of experience in Industry Placements, Employer Relations, Project and Event Management.

Responsibilities

• Identify the relevant industry clusters for each discipline, and maintain industry partners’ database.
• Reach out to the relevant industry partners through meetings, emails and calls.
• Conduct / arrange recruitment drives, job fairs, and career talks as per KPIs.
• Organize branding / recruitment activity pre-hype events across major cities in Pakistan.
• Compile employment data and reports for rankings; support international internships and NIP programs.
• Manage social media platforms and draft annual reports and data for rankings.
