Job summary

You’ll bridge clients and the development team by translating business needs into tasks, assigning work to developers, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple projects.

This onsite role requires 3+ years of PM experience, strong English, and proficiency with Jira or Trello.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management or Product Ownership, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent client communication and fluent spoken English.
• Strong ticket writing and task breakdown skills.
• Experience with Jira, Trello, or similar project management tools.
• Ability to balance client expectations, developer capacity, and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients; Gather requirements, define scope, and manage expectations; Communicate project status, risks, and blockers proactively; Handle change requests by assessing impact and obtaining approvals before execution.
