Job summary

HireOn is recruiting on behalf of a startup client in Lahore for a Junior Technical Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate moved from software development or QA into PM with strong technical understanding.

This role requires close collaboration with engineering, QA, product, and business teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of total professional experience.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience in Software Development or QA Engineering.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software project delivery from planning to production release.
• Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX and business stakeholders.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones and resource plans.
• Track progress, proactively manage risks, dependencies and blockers.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Communicate project status, risks and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
