Job summary

GenZ Talent in Lahore is seeking a Project Coordinator to own delivery end-to-end—from client conversations to ticket creation and successful project delivery.

You’ll bridge clients and the development team by translating business needs into tasks, assigning work to developers, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple projects.

This onsite role requires 3+ years of PM experience, strong English, and proficiency with Jira or Trello.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management or Product Ownership, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent client communication and fluent spoken English.
• Strong ticket writing and task breakdown skills.
• Experience with Jira, Trello, or similar project management tools.
• Ability to balance client expectations, developer capacity, and business priorities.

Project Coordinator

Location: Iqbal Town, Lahore

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Shift: Morning Shift (Pakistan Time)

Salary: PKR 150,000–200,000

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to own delivery end-to-end—from client conversations to ticket creation and successful project delivery.

You’ll act as the bridge between clients and the development team by translating business requirements into well-defined tasks, assigning work to developers, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction

• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients.
• Gather requirements, define scope, and manage expectations.
• Communicate project status, risks, and blockers proactively.
• Handle change requests by assessing impact and obtaining approvals before execution.

Project & Ticket Management

• Convert client requirements into clear, actionable development tickets.
• Assign tasks based on developer expertise and workload.
• Track progress across multiple projects and remove blockers.
• Escalate delays and resource constraints when required.

Delivery & Reporting

• Monitor project timelines, deadlines, and delivery health.
• Ensure QA approval before client delivery.
• Conduct internal stand-ups and client status meetings.
• Report project progress and risks to leadership.
