Ajaia is seeking a Talent Lead for AI-enabled recruiting. This remote role operates on U.S. EST hours, recruiting engineers, AI consultants, strategists, and client talent worldwide.

Base compensation listed, with performance incentives on placements and quality milestones. You will build the system that defines great people and trains hiring managers to hire better. You will own end-to-end recruiting, direct sourcing, role scorecards, structured interviews, assessments, and an ever-on talent

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting across engineering, AI consulting, strategy, operations, and selected client roles.
• Direct sourcing and headhunting: you find passive candidates; you do not wait for applicants.
• Role scorecards defining mission, outcomes, and competencies for each hire.
• Structured screens, career interviews, focused interviews, and reference calls.
• Practical assessments and work samples that test candidate abilities.
• Trial-week design and operations for applicable in-person roles.
• Training hiring managers to interview and evaluate consistently.
• Always-on talent pipelines for recurring roles.
• AI workflows for sourcing, research, interview preparation, matching, documentation, and reporting.
• Future recruiting-as-a-service motion to match vetted candidates with external companies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous talent pipelines for ongoing roles.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows for sourcing, research, interviewing, and reporting.
• Support a future recruiting-as-a-service model.
