Zusammenfassung

Ajaia is seeking a remote Technical Project Manager to lead delivery for client AI builds from kickoff to production-ready systems. You will triage incoming work, keep multiple threads organized, and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery with transparent reporting.

You will also build small automations yourself when faster than guiding others, read code to identify production risks, and communicate clearly with clients throughout the engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years in technical delivery, program management, or a comparable role.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage client communications.
• Comfortable scripting or automations when faster than meetings.
• Ability to work across time zones and overlap with US Eastern time.

Aufgaben

• Build working automations and scripts yourself when that solves the problem faster than a meeting would.
• Read the code. Call out specifically what will break in production, not just whether the ticket is checked off.
• Keep a lot of moving parts straight at once: backlog, risk list, overlapping deadlines, and client priorities.
• Triage ruthlessly: decide what gets worked now and what waits.
• Write to clients clearly and honestly, even when news is not great.
• Run client calls and standups on US Eastern time and stay available during overlap.
• Own the delivery plan end-to-end: sequencing, dependencies, and dates.
• Unblock technical decisions and live with the consequences of your calls.
• Escalate risks as soon as you see them, not after they miss dates.
• Define done for a deliverable before engineering starts.
