Job summary

Ajaia | AI Consultancy is hiring a Full Stack Product Engineer to build and scale AI-driven products across the entire lifecycle—from ideation to deployment. You will work remotely with flexible eligibility based on hiring and compliance, following Eastern Time business hours.

Qualifications

• Must have strong product-oriented thinking to translate customer needs into usable features.
• Proactive self-starter with ability to drive projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across design, product and engineering teams.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and balance speed with quality.
• Experience delivering web applications across frontend and backend layers.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications and product features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate customer needs into solutions.
• Own projects from concept to production deployment and iteration.
• Contribute to product strategy discussions and improve business outcomes.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve reliability and performance across systems.
