Scents N Stories in Karachi is seeking a data-driven Retail Operations Lead to optimize stock and store performance across the network using AI, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Develop AI-driven inventory and replenishment strategies to maintain optimal stock levels; apply predictive analytics for demand forecasting and sales planning; analyze product performance to identify growth opportunities and risks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Retail Operations, Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Retail Analytics.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a data-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, ERP/POS systems, and reporting/BI tools.
• Strong interest or experience in AI, automation, predictive analytics, and emerging retail technology.
• Ability to turn data into clear business decisions and actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-driven inventory and replenishment strategies for store stock.
• Use predictive analytics for demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
• Analyze store/product performance to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Build dashboards and KPI reporting for Sales, ATV, UPT, Conversion, Sell-Through, Stock Cover.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting, forecasting, replenishment, and workflows using AI.
• Drive continuous improvement of SOPs, ERP/POS processes, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with Retail, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Sales on data-backed solutions.
• Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to support retail growth and profitability.
