The role requires 3+ years in customer success or account management with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or Account Growth.
• Experience with B2B or Enterprise customers.
• Experience in AI Services, Software Development, Technology Consulting, Managed Services, QA & Testing, or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and understand goals.
• Coordinate with Delivery, Engineering, Product, QA, and Leadership teams.
• Track client requests, action items, and commitments.
• Support renewals and long-term partnerships; identify growth opportunities.
