Mammoth-AI in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking an experienced SQA Lead to guide and mentor a team of junior engineers across web, desktop, mobile, and AI-powered applications. You will own test plans and strategies, lead test execution, drive automation and AI-assisted testing, report quality metrics to stakeholders, and champion SQA best practices throughout the software lifecycle.

Willingness to implement AI-powered testing solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for web, desktop, mobile, and AI-powered applications.
Lead test execution with collaboration from development teams.
Drive test automation and AI-assisted testing initiatives, including regression suites.
Identify AI regression and automation scenarios and apply AI for test generation and maintenance.
Establish, monitor, and report key quality metrics.
Prepare and present comprehensive test reports to stakeholders.
Implement and champion SQA best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
Hands-on test case design and execution across platforms.
Familiarity with popular test automation frameworks and AI-powered testing tools.
Understanding of testing AI-powered applications' accuracy and reliability.
