Job summary

YTO International Ltd. in Lahore is seeking an experienced distributor and after-sales coordinator to maintain existing distributors, update user files, and conduct regular follow-ups to understand user needs.

You will coordinate with product, sales, and after-sales teams to resolve feedback, improve satisfaction, and foster loyalty. The role also looks for opportunities to promote parts sales and equipment upgrades while expanding lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in agricultural machinery or related fields.
• Familiarity with sales and after-sales systems for tractors or construction machinery.
• Strong customer maintenance, communication, and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English and Urdu.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage existing distributors, establish and update user files, conduct regular user follow-ups, and understand user experience and changing needs.
• Follow up on product usage, coordinate with after-sales and technical teams to resolve user feedback issues promptly, and improve user satisfaction and loyalty.
• Explore repeat-purchase and upgrade needs, promote parts sales and equipment upgrades, and extend user lifetime value.
• Collect and organize user opinions and suggestions, and regularly report product performance and improvement directions to management to support product optimization.
