Job summary

Nysonian is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer focused on automations and agentic AI systems. You will build workflows that read customer data, decide actions, and trigger real-world updates.

You’ll craft prompts, improve prompt logic, and develop production-grade backend services using FastAPI/Flask/Django. The role emphasizes hands-on builds, real projects, and practical AI coding with exposure to retrieval systems, embeddings, and vector databases.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with agentic AI concepts (tool calling, multi-step reasoning, memory).
• Backend Python development experience with FastAPI/Flask/Django.
• NLP and data science understanding, embeddings and retrieval concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain agentic AI workflows that read data and take actions.
• Write, test and refine prompts to reduce hallucinations and improve reliability.
• Develop and scale backend endpoints to support AI systems in production.
