Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with significant AI/LLM work.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade AI or agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI and multi-agent systems using Python.
• Build RAG, GraphRAG, knowledge graphs, and ontology-driven AI solutions.
• Develop agent workflows, routing, orchestration, and memory.
• Build high-performance AI backends and APIs with FastAPI.
• Integrate Neo4j, relational databases, vector databases with knowledge graphs.
• Work with MCP servers/clients and A2A protocols.
• Collaborate with MA Frameworks and other agent orchestration frameworks.

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and build production-grade Agentic AI and LLM-powered systems. The ideal candidate is a strong Python engineer with hands-on experience in RAG, multi-agent architectures, knowledge graphs, and modern agent protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI and multi-agent systems using Python.
• Build RAG, GraphRAG, knowledge graph, and ontology-driven AI solutions.
• Develop agent workflows, multi-agent routing, orchestration, delegation, and shared memory.
• Build high-performance AI backends and APIs using FastAPI.
• Design and integrate Neo4j, relational databases, vector databases, and semantic/ontology-based data models and knowledge graphs with Workflows and business rules.
• Develop and integrate MCP servers/clients and A2A protocols.
• Work with Microsoft Agent Framework (MAF) and other modern agentic frameworks.
• Build tool-using agents that interact with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and external services.
• Design reliable, scalable, observable, and production-ready AI architectures.

Required Skills

• Strong Python and backend engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with FastAPI and API development.
• Strong knowledge of knowledge graphs, Neo4j, Multi-tenant ontology systems, and semantic data modeling.
• Experience with agent memory, context management, and multi-agent routing.
• Practical understanding of MCP and A2A protocols.
• Experience with Microsoft Agent Framework (MAF) or comparable agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases, relational databases, and modern search/retrieval technologies.
• Strong understanding of production software engineering, scalability, testing, and system design.

Experience

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with significant experience building AI/LLM applications.
• Demonstrated experience delivering production-grade AI or agentic systems.
