Job summary

SphereCode is seeking an AI and automation engineer to design and deploy AI agents and automated workflows for outreach and content operations. You will collect data, reason over it, and produce usable outputs with minimal manual involvement.

You will integrate OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, develop end‑to‑end pipelines, build dashboards, and monitor system performance while maximizing lead generation and data quality.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI agents and automated workflows.
• Proficient in Python and JavaScript for web development.
• Skilled in prompt engineering and API integration.
• Experience with web scraping and data extraction.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents for research, lead qualification, drafting, and follow-up.
• Integrate LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and similar platforms, using tool calling and memory where required.
• Design AI image-generation pipelines and produce on-brand visual assets at scale.
• Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n, Make, or custom scripts.
• Write scrapers to collect and enrich lead data from web sources.
• Clean, structure, and route data between tools and CRMs.
• Build simple internal dashboards and web interfaces to run and monitor systems.
• Monitor agent performance and handle failure cases.
