Job summary

You will collaborate with Ops, Finance, CS, and Marketing to identify repetitive processes and convert them into robust automated processes, ensuring reliability, security, and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong logic-building and problem-solving mindset.
• Hands-on Python scripting for API integrations and automation.
• Experience applying AI reasoning to automation workflows.
• Excellent cross-team communication to explain technical solutions.
• Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and complex requirements.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain end-to-end automation workflows across n8n, Zapier, Make.com, and Python.
• Build API integrations with third-party apps for scalable systems.
• Leverage LangChain, LangGraph, MCP for advanced reasoning-based workflows.
• Use Postman to test APIs, debug, and validate endpoints.
• Collaborate with Ops, Finance, CS, Marketing to automate repetitive processes.
• Optimize for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Document processes, maintain version control, and train users.
• Handle incidents under pressure with quick recovery.
