staunch is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our business development team in Lahore. You will manage our sales-qualified pipeline from discovery calls to closing deals, nurture existing clients, and help them plan upcoming projects with us.

This role focuses on IT services sales, including AI solutions, with remote work flexibility post-training and occasional office presence in Lahore. You will coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure value delivery and revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/Business Development/Sales.
• 2+ years of experience as an account executive in an IT company.
• Excellent verbal communication and sales development/closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with tech teams to understand the portfolio and services.
• Conduct discovery calls, pitch solutions, and close deals.
• Manage the sales pipeline to maximize closings and revenue.
• Onboard clients and serve as the primary POC throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with service delivery and billing teams to ensure timely services and payments.
• Gather client feedback and facilitate communication between client and engineering teams.
• Maintain relationships after contract to document next steps and upsell opportunities.
• Meet sales targets, prepare reports, and present to management.
