Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs.
Create and post job descriptions on job boards, career pages, and social media.
Source potential candidates through databases, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), job portals, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate job offers and terms of employment.
Maintain recruitment data and reports.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and hiring regulations.
Promote employer branding through various channels.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources.
Proven work experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation techniques.
Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Experience recruiting in a specific industry ( Sales ) .
