As a Warehouseman you will be primarily responsible to ensure the right quantity and quality of all incoming and outgoing stocks in the warehouse.
Inbound
1. Check all inbound deliveries through verifying document information ( Item Description, Unit of Measure, Quantity) vs. physical items received.
2. Ensures that items received are in good quality and within the allowable shelf life condition.
3. Coordinate with Inventory for the availability of floor area to perform receiving and put-away.
Picking / Allocation
1. Prepares sales order based on pick list provided by sales and planning team.
2. Coordinate with Route Planner to ensure proper route management and picking activity are aligned.
3. Ensures all sales orders are picked and prepared before the designated outbound schedule.
4. Ensure proper tagging and stacking of materials.
5. Does recording of the warehouse stacks, materials, and charging codes.
6. Performs efficient inventory controls and keeps quality standards for audits.
7. Maintains good housekeeping of the warehouse.
8. Perform Daily, Weekly and Monthly Inventory.
9. Prepare and Submit reports to supervisor as required.
Outbound
1. Check all outbound items through verifying document information (Item Description, Unit of Measure, Quantity) vs. physical items dispatched.
2. Ensures all items dispatched are in good quality to avoid returns and customer rejection.
3. Prepares the delivery documents such as Delivery Receipt, Sales Invoice, Waybill and other important attachments.
4. Receives material withdrawal slip.
5. Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
Requirements
1. At least high school graduate or graduate of vocational course.
2. With working experience in Warehousing particularly in Inbound or Outbound or related field.
3. Has knowledge in processing delivery documents
4. Responsible and can work well under pressure with minimal supervision
