Job summary
A logistics solutions provider in the Philippines is seeking an HR Coordinator to handle compliance with labor laws, payroll management, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will work Monday to Friday in a hybrid arrangement based in Makati City. Strong organizational skills and experience in recruitment and employee relations are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Compliance with PH labor law and DOLE requirements.
- Experience with payroll coordination and statutory contributions.
- Skilled in employee records and recruitment support.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage payroll.
- Administer employee benefits and manage onboarding.
- Draft HR policies and resolve employee conflicts.

- Compliance with PH labor law and DOLE requirements.
- Payroll coordination, statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, taxes).
- Employee records, contracts, onboarding, offboarding.
- Benefits administration (HMO, insurance).
- Recruitment support and onboarding.
- Draft and implement HR policies, handbook, and appraisal process.
- Employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Engagement and training initiatives.
- Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (inclusive of 1 hour break); Open for a Hybrid Arrangement
