The Resident Architect is a key member of the Construction Management team, responsible for overseeing architectural aspects of construction projects. Duties and Responsibilities

1. Project Oversight, Safety, Quality, and Technical Compliance

• Ensure contractor compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards in architectural work.
