The Resident Architect is a key member of the Construction Management team, responsible for overseeing architectural aspects of construction projects. This role involves supervising contractors, monitoring project progress, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and contributing to project reports and documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Project Oversight, Safety, Quality, and Technical Compliance
  • Ensure contractor compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards in architectural work.
  • Oversee architectural construction activities, emphasizing safety, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance in architectural aspects.
2. Project Planning, Coordination, and Cost Control
