  • Checking: Ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and processed for dispatch according to customer requirements.
  • Dispatching: Coordinate and oversee the timely dispatch of goods, ensuring products are delivered to customers on schedule.
  • Collections (Optional): Assist with collections duties as needed, ensuring that customers are contacted for timely payment of invoices.
  • Keep accurate records of dispatches and collections, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and accounting teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve any delivery or payment-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
  • At least 1 year of experience in dispatching, checking, or logistics-related roles.
  • Experience in collections or accounts receivable is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
