Job summary

Jade Global in India is seeking a Zuora Billing Technical Consultant to support Zuora Billing implementation, configuration, integrations, and production support. The role is remote within India.

Required are 6–10+ years of Zuora Billing experience, strong REST API knowledge, Q2C understanding, and CRM integration skills. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience with Zuora Billing.
• Strong knowledge of Zuora REST APIs, custom workflows, SOQL/SQL.
• Strong understanding of Q2C, invoicing and payments.
• Experience with CRM and payment gateway integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Role Overview We are looking for a Zuora Billing Technical Consultant to support Zuora Billing implementation, configuration, integrations, and production support.

• Support Zuora Billing implementation, configuration, and enhancements.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
