Prime Technology Specialist Incorporated is seeking a site engineer to oversee telecom project execution on client sites. The role focuses on ensuring design adherence, safety, and on-time delivery while coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will conduct site surveys, perform quality control, and troubleshoot installation issues, maintaining clear communication across project teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in site implementation monitoring or related telecommunication tech.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good analytical mind and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the technical aspects of telecommunication projects at sites, ensuring adherence to design specs, safety regulations, and timelines.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate on-site activities to meet budget and schedule.
• Conduct site surveys to verify solution feasibility and access.
• Perform regular quality control checks on materials and installation quality by subcontractors.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues during installation and coordinate corrective actions with clients or the company’s technical team.
• Strictly enforce safety protocols on site and address hazards to protect personnel and client property.

Job Description:

• Tooversee and manage the technical aspect of telecommunication projects at sites, ensuring all work adheres to design specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines.


• To supervise subcontractors, and coordinating on-site activities with the goal of completing the project within budget and on schedule.


• To perform site survey to ensure solutions and access feasibility


• To perform regular quality control checks to ensure proper management of materials on site and installation quality of subcontractor according to the standard of the clients.


• To identify and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during the installation, propose solutions, and coordinate necessary adjustments with the clients or the technical team of the company.


• To strictly enforce safety protocols on site, identify potential hazards, and address safety concerns to ensure the safety of all personnel working on site as well as the safety of the property of the clients.


• To maintain communication with stakeholders like clients, subcontractors and project managers as well as other relevant parties to ensure all information being routed timely to support project timelines.

Job Qualifications:

• Relevant 2 years of experience in site Implementation monitoring, or including other telecommunication technology.


• Proficient on Microsoft Office such excel, Power Points and Word.
