Job summary

Philcare Pharma Inc. seeks an experienced Zoho One Implementation Analyst to serve as the internal counterpart to our vendor for a 12-week core migration and a 90-day hyper-care window.

You will translate business requirements across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Medical Affairs, and HR into Zoho configurations and govern scope to ensure a live system mirrors PPI operations in the Philippines. You will configure and test Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, Creator, Analytics, and People, build Creator

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle Zoho implementation across CRM, Books, and Creator.
• Demonstrated experience migrating from legacy ERP to Zoho One (any major system).
• Strong Deluge scripting ability for custom functions, workflows, and integrations.
• Fluent English; Filipino language skills preferred for end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leads to capture requirements and translate them into Zoho configurations.
• Validate vendor designs against mapped processes and manage scope/change requests.
• Configure Zoho modules, fields, workflows, and security; build Creator apps as needed.
• Design data-migration, cutover, and testing plans; write test scripts and maintain defects.
• Deliver end-user training in English and Filipino and support go-live with hyper-care.
• Ensure compliance with FDA Philippines, BIR, PhilHealth, and DOLE reporting requirements.
