Philcare Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Zoho One Implementation Analyst to lead a 12-week core migration and a 90-day hyper-care. You will bridge Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Medical Affairs, and HR with the vendor to translate processes into Zoho configurations.

The role requires hands-on build, testing, documentation, and training across Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, Creator, Analytics, and People, with Filipino language support a plus for end-user training.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Zoho One modules including CRM, Books, Inventory, Creator, Analytics and People.
• Experience translating business processes into Zoho configurations.
• Willingness to train end users in Filipino or English.
• Ability to work across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Medical Affairs and HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 12-week core migration and 90-day hyper-care period.
• Build, test, document, and train users on Zoho configurations.
