Job summary

Philcare Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Zoho One Implementation Analyst to drive a 12-week core migration and a 90-day hyper-care period. You will bridge Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Medical Affairs, and HR with the vendor, translating processes into Zoho configurations and enforcing design scope.

The role requires hands-on build, testing, documentation, and training across Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, Creator, Analytics, and People. Filipino language support is a plus for end-user training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years end-to-end Zoho One implementation with 50+ users.
• Experience migrating from a legacy ERP to Zoho One.
• Proficient in Deluge, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Books for PH tax config.

Responsibilities

• Govern requirements, validate FDDs, and manage scope with vendor.
• Configure Zoho CRM, Creator apps, Books, Inventory; build dashboards.
• Lead data migration, mapping, and reconciliation.
• Create test scripts, train end users in English/Filipino.
• Ensure PH regulatory compliance and handover documentation.
