Job summary

Trigya Innovations is seeking a Business Analyst to work closely with clients, understand their requirements, and translate them into Zoho-based solutions. You will bridge clients with the technical and implementation teams to deliver effective outcomes.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, documenting FRDs, coordinating with Zoho teams, supporting testing and UAT, and providing post-implementation support while maintaining clear project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (SaaS/IT preferred).
• Experience with Zoho or similar business software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Good understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities.
• Attention to detail and structured thinking.
• Team coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients.
• Understand existing business processes and suggest process improvements.
• Prepare functional requirement documents (FRD) and workflows.
• Coordinate with Zoho implementation and development teams.
• Support implementation, testing, and UAT activities.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet client expectations and business needs.
• Provide client training and post-implementation support when required.
• Maintain clear documentation and reports for all projects.
