Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle Zoho implementation across CRM/Books/Creator with 50+ users
- Experience migrating from a legacy ERP to Zoho One
- Strong Deluge scripting for functions, workflows & integrations
- Experience with Zoho Analytics dashboards and Zoho Books tax configuration (BIR)
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate to Zoho configurations
- Configure CRM, Books, Inventory, Creator; build dashboards and security roles
- Own data migration: mapping, ETL specs, cleansing, reconciliation
- Lead testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and drive issue resolution with vendor
- Deliver end-user training and go-live support with hyper-care after go-live
