Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle Zoho implementation across CRM/Books/Creator with 50+ users
• Experience migrating from a legacy ERP to Zoho One
• Strong Deluge scripting for functions, workflows & integrations
• Experience with Zoho Analytics dashboards and Zoho Books tax configuration (BIR)

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate to Zoho configurations
• Configure CRM, Books, Inventory, Creator; build dashboards and security roles
• Own data migration: mapping, ETL specs, cleansing, reconciliation
• Lead testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and drive issue resolution with vendor
• Deliver end-user training and go-live support with hyper-care after go-live
