Job summary

St Trinity Property Group is seeking a skilled Zoho Developer based in the Philippines to join our remote team and work closely with our Australian operations.

You will develop and maintain Zoho solutions across CRM, Analytics, Recruit, and People, build automations with Deluge, and write SQL queries while troubleshooting data inconsistencies and delivering projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with Zoho CRM, Analytics, Recruit, and People.
• Proficient in Deluge and SQL.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with an international team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions across Zoho CRM, Analytics, Recruit, and People

• Write and optimise SQL queries

Requirements

• 3+ years relevant experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with Zoho CRM, Analytics, Recruit, and People
• Proficient in Deluge and SQL
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely with an international team

Preferred

• 5+ years software development experience
• Experience building APIs, backend systems, integrations, or full-stack applications
• Agile experience and strong ownership mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
