Job summary

Philcare Pharma Inc. in Pasig City is seeking a Zoho One Implementation Analyst to bridge business teams and the vendor. You will translate processes, enforce scope, validate configurations, and guide go-live for a 12-week migration and 90-day hyper-care.

You will configure Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, Creator, Analytics, and People; migrate data, test thoroughly, and train users in English and Filipino, ensuring FDA Philippines and BIR compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Zoho One or similar ERP suites.
• Ability to translate business processes into system configurations.
• Strong data migration and validation capabilities.
