Job summary

TeenCare seeks passionate educators to serve as Youth Mentors, acting as homeroom teachers for each student. You will help develop healthy habits, life skills, and constructive thinking while growing professionally within a fast-growing startup.

The role includes weekly trainings, regular mentoring sessions, and collaboration with TeenCare teams to engage with families. Remote work offers flexible schedules and a path for growth in youth development.

Qualifications

• Able to speak Tagalog and English.
• Passionate about education and working with teenagers.

• Self-driven, accountable, and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly or monthly 1:1 mentoring sessions using the provided curriculum.
• Support students’ problem-solving and development of life skills and mental well-being.
• Communicate with parents via email and messaging; report mentoring outcomes.
• Monitor progress, collect feedback, and aid in improving teaching quality and student retention.
• Commit to guiding students through a 3–12 month learning journey.
