G2 Travel is seeking a detail‑oriented Hotel Contracts Assistant to support the Yield Manager by auditing rate loading and promotions, ensuring live system accuracy, and maintaining strong partner communications. You will help monitor pricing, spot market trends, and prepare data for partner meetings.

The role offers an on‑site opportunity within our Pasig office and requires collaboration with a global team.

• Experience auditing rates and promos to ensure hotel contracts and live rates match system records.
• Strong data interpretation skills to spot pricing gaps and market trends.
• Ability to build and present regular performance reports for partner meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Audit loaded rates and promotions to ensure contracts match live system data.
• Compare rates against B2B partners and identify pricing gaps.
• Review performance and contract data to spot opportunities and missing availability.
• Collaborate with internal teams and hotel partners to resolve data issues.
• Support rollout of new offers and contract enhancements.
• Prepare regular reports and share key information for commercial discussions.
• Maintain relationships with hotel partners and hand off big negotiations to the Yield Manager.
