We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Brand Compliance Agent to join our growing team in Manila.

• The role is based in the vibrant KMC Pasig office, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
• Review and evaluate advertisements for brand consistency and compliance with established guidelines, ensuring all elements adhere to the company's standards.
• Verify and process invoices for advertising campaigns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary requirements.
• Collaborate with the Canadian team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to brand compliance, providing timely and effective communication.
• Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and report on media advertising data.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand compliance, making
• recommendations for process improvements and sharing knowledge with the team.
• Highly skilled in delivering outstanding customer service through chat, email, and phone
• interactions.
• Proven ability to answer diverse customer inquiries, including product usage, claims
• submission, eligibility guidelines, and brand advocacy.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling escalated issues with professionalism and efficiency.
