Job summary

Xin Tian Di in the Philippines is seeking a Receptionist who speaks Chinese and English to warmly welcome guests and guide them from arrival to departure. This role supports reservations and daily restaurant operations, including translations when required.

As the first point of contact, you will manage seating, answer calls, and ensure a professional reception area in line with IHG brand standards. Previous hospitality experience is an advantage and flexibility for shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• College-level education or a qualification in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Food & Beverage, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience as a restaurant receptionist, hostess, guest service colleague, or similar hospitality role advantageous.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese (Mandarin) and English; Filipino language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Receptionist at Xin Tian Di, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and helping create a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.

Your ability to communicate in Chinese and English will help us provide personalized service to our Chinese-speaking guests while supporting reservations and the daily operation of the restaurant.

Your day to day

What we need from you

• College-level education or a qualification in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a restaurant receptionist, hostess, guest service colleague, or similar hospitality role is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese (Mandarin) and English; Filipino language skills are an advantage.
